  2. Shop the outer corners of the grocery store

  3. Make simple recipes with 5 ingredients or less

  4. Don’t make home cooking hard

  5. Plan your meals for the week ahead of time

  6. Make grocery list of food for the week

  7. cook in bulk and reuse extra food for other recipes
